The Corporate Commissioning Academy is operated by Swiss Commissioning GmbH.

2. Website access

This website is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare services.

When you access the website, technical information may be processed to deliver the website, maintain its operation and protect it against misuse and attacks. This may include your IP address, the requested page, date and time of access, browser and device information, network information and security-related data.

3. Application form

If you submit the application form, we process the information you provide in order to review your application, respond to your enquiry and discuss possible next steps.

The form collects:

• your name;
• company;
• business email address;
• phone number;
• your role, if provided;
• approximate commissioning team size;
• expected start timeframe;
• information about what you would like to achieve, if provided;
• your confirmation that we may contact you.

The submitted information is sent to Swiss Commissioning GmbH. An automatic confirmation containing a copy of the submitted information is also sent to the business email address entered in the form.

Submitting an application does not create a binding purchase commitment or guarantee acceptance into the Corporate Commissioning Academy.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

The application form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible Mode to identify and prevent automated or malicious submissions.

Cloudflare processes technical signals relating to the browser, device and network connection for this purpose. The resulting validation token is checked before the form is processed.

5. Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated information about website usage and technical performance.

According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors and does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

6. Email processing

Cloudflare Email Sending is used to transmit application notifications and automatic confirmation emails.

Application notifications received by Swiss Commissioning GmbH are processed through its business email service, Google Workspace.

Email data may therefore be processed by Cloudflare, Google and the email service provider used by the applicant.

7. Recipients and processing abroad

Personal data may be disclosed to authorised personnel of Swiss Commissioning GmbH and to service providers used for hosting, website security, form processing and email transmission.

These service providers include Cloudflare and Google. Data may be processed in Switzerland, the United States and other countries in which these providers or their subcontractors operate.

Where required by applicable law, international data transfers are based on recognised safeguards, including contractual data-protection provisions.

8. Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as it is required to process and document an application or enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, protect legal interests or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Technical data is retained according to operational and security requirements and the retention settings of the relevant service providers.

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request information about the personal data we process concerning you and request that inaccurate data be corrected.

Where the applicable legal requirements are met, you may also request deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing or request the release or transfer of certain data.

10. Cookies and advertising

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this website.

Technical mechanisms may be used where necessary to operate and protect the website and its forms.

11. Applicable law and changes

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and any other data-protection law applicable to the particular processing activity.
