The Founding Corporate License is deliberately simple. These are the key points before a company applies.
Will the CHF 12,500 annual price increase after the first year?
No. Founding Companies retain the CHF 12,500 annual rate for the original 25-seat license for as long as the license remains continuously active and invoices are paid within the agreed payment period.
What happens if we cancel and return later?
The protected Founding Rate applies only while the license remains continuously active. A future subscription after cancellation or expiry would be offered at the corporate price applicable at that time.
Can we replace employees during the license term?
Yes. Named seats may be reassigned when employees leave the company, change roles, or no longer require access, subject to the applicable license terms.
Are additional seats available?
Yes. Additional seats can be added under a separate commercial arrangement. The protected Founding Rate applies to the original package of up to 25 named users.
Does the program include live training or consulting?
The standard license is primarily an online corporate learning program. Live workshops, consulting, project-specific support, and customized content are available separately.
Is this a formal professional certification?
No formal third-party certification is currently included. The program is designed to provide structured practical commissioning knowledge and internal learning visibility.
